SHIPPING POLICY

Once you have placed an order we will dispatch your item the next business day and you will receive a tracking number for your package.
A contact number and email is required at checkout so that you can receive notification regarding the expected delivery.
Please provide a street address as we do not accept P.O Box deliveries.

For items that are made-to-order we will dispatch your item once the work is completed, please allow 2 weeks for production.

RETURNS

Every HANmademacrame piece is individually hand-made and crafted to detail. Due to the nature of work unfortunately we do not accept refunds. The satisfaction of your purchase is important to us, if you have any questions or concerns we are happy to work with you to find a solution.
